Under this year’s theme, “Beyond Hospitality: Seeing the Extraordinary in Everyone,” the forum gathered around 100 distinguished culinary leaders, F&B professionals, and personalities from various fields to explore one fundamental question: “Where does the taste on a single plate begin, and how far can its impact reach?”

- Vicky Cheng (Chef-Owner of VEA & WING)

Cocktail Networking Reception
Following the forum sessions, attendees gathered for a vibrant cocktail networking reception at the Grand Ballroom Foyer, engaging in meaningful exchange and dialogue on the future of gastronomy. Our deepest gratitude goes to Mr. Philippe Faure (President of La Liste / Former Ambassador of France) for delivering the opening remarks, and to all eight distinguished speakers for their profound insights. A special thank you to our moderator Sang-Heon Han for steering the discussions with grace, and to our MC Jiseon Lee for leading the ceremony.
Heartfelt appreciation to our core leadership and organizing team especially METIZEN Sungmin Kim and La Liste Stephanie Kim whose dedication and tireless support made this forum a true success.
We also warmly thank our generous partners and sponsors for making this event possible: Lactalis Korea, Nongshim Co., Ltd., Original Beer Company, Bacon Realism, Jeje Park, Foret Paris, Ambition Plan, and Wim Clinic.
The true value of a plate lies not only in what is placed on it, but in what it leaves behind in our society, health, and communities. KEY remains committed to expanding the dialogue across international gastronomy communities through the KEY Food Future Initiatives!
