FRENCH EMBASSY EVENT
On December 14th, the French Embassy in Seoul hosted a captivating roundtable discussion on the theme of "Vin & Art de vivre'" which was co-organized by Fondation Prospective et Innovation (FPI), Business France, Vignobles Cruse-Lorenzetti and supported by KEY. The event, graced by the presence of Mr. Jean-François Lamour, former French Minister of Sport and Youth and Seoul 1988 Olympic gold medalist in fencing, brought together industry leaders and cultural enthusiasts for a fascinating exchange.

The roundtable moderated by KEY President Mr. Philippe Li offered insightful perspectives on the evolving Korean wine landscape, featuring presentations from renowned chef Mingoo Kang of Mingles, a two star Michelin Korean contemporary cuisine restaurant and Sungmin Kim, CEO of Metizen, a leading online platform for Korean epicureans. While former French Prime Minister Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin, president of the FPI, was unfortunately unable to join due to unforeseen health circumstances, he shared his warm regards through a special video message. A highlight of the evening came when Mr. Lamour shared his personal story of winning gold at the Seoul Olympics and returning to South Korea after more than three decades, allowing participants to witness his Olympic medal up close.

KEY was thrilled to be a part of this memorable occasion and witness the vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences.
